The ARBA has now made Club Charter Submission/Renewals available online.
Club information is submitted via an electronic form and once all information has been validated by the ARBA office, confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the club secretary on record. This online format is designed for clubs who would like to pay their club charter fees using a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD. Clubs wanting to submit payment using check or money order, must still use the printable forms. To access these forms, please use the Forms DROP-DOWN in the ARBA website navigation (above right), or visit the Forms page of this site.
IMPORTANT: Recording of a club charter or charter renewal is NOT complete until payment has been received by the ARBA office.
After the ARBA office has validated all information submitted via the form, and sent the FINAL confirmation e-mail to the club secretary, there will be included in the e-mail, a payment link providing an option to pay for the club's initial charter or renewal via credit or debit card, or the club may opt to pay via check or money order and mail in the charter fee. Clubs should keep in mind that all charter renewals are due January 1 of each year, with renewal due on or before that date. A 60 day grace period is allowed. Charter renewals received between February 1 and March 1 will incur a late filing fee of $25.00 in addition to regular charter renewal fees. Charters received AFTER March 1 will be considered forfeit and all rules and fees governing new charters will apply.
It is recommended that all club secretaries familiarize themselves with the Rules Governing Club Charters. Prior to submitting the online charter form, the club secretary must certify by means of their electronic signature that they have read and understood the aforementioned rules.
